-Disgusting. The techs are inexperienced, the cleanliness is subpar, and the owner doesn’t care. -Nails and toes were done poorly! Got half a pedicure but was told since it took long it should be considered a full service pedicure. -Owner had more work done on her face than my toes had gotten. Both works were poor. Don't go to this place... the owner over charged me for this nails job.. 2 of them fell off the same day a few hours later and the second day 2 more .. she charged me 50 bucks just to glue them and I brought the nails ... I spoke to her to complaint aboit why she charged me 50 bucks just to glue them and she wasn't not nice at all.... I absolutely loved the service I had. Dianna did my nails and I chatted with Mikayla and Sonya. They all were so nice. I speak some Spanish but not fluent, they made sure to speak to me in English until I requested to practice my Spanish which I thought was so nice of them to accommodate. My nails look great and it is the positive attitude and welcoming nature of the ladies that will make me return. Salons like these are the heart and soul of New York City, and I hope they never change a thing.
