It is a waste of the patient time and money to have to see one doctor to be referred to the doctor that is needed. If one have to be referred then one should only have to pay once and not twice (you pay to see the first doctor and you pay to see the doctor your are referred to). This is not right but this group has to make it's money a the cost of the patient twice.
I am writing to commend Dr. Toursarkissian and his office staff. I have been to many different office within the Beaver Medical network and I have found that Dr. Toursarkissian and his staff to be the BEST of all the various offices that I have visited. They are all very professional; super understanding and compasionate; patient; very effecient in following through with me as a patient; returning calls rapidly; they make you feel like you are their only patient!
