My mom has 100% confidence in Dr. Ahktar, but today she had an appointment for results of CT and Endoscopy. She waa seen by the PA who seemed in a hurry. He rushed us down the hall to an office, sat down and began speaking so fast before my mom took a seat to listen to results. My mom looked at me and I'm so happy I'm always with her to assist, and advocate for my 88 year old mom. My husband came here as a patient after suffering from constant horrible heartburn that stopped him from eating comfortably. He was referred to this doctor by his primary. It took half a year to get in & get seen, as my husband was deemed non emergent. The staff is incredible in the office, Dr. Akhtar was awesome! He's straight forward to the point type of doctor. The procedure consisted of inserting an IV, IV fluids, complete sedation to insert their camera down the throat to get a sample & take pictures. A designated drive... read more
