Piece of garbage Bought it and used once for four hours and it broke! Off course lost the charm otherwise would return it. Literally threw $58 in the garbage.

회장님이 저희 상문고에서 해주신 말씀 정말 감사합니다. 회장님이 무에서 시작해서 쌓아 올리신 회사, 회사의 경영방침 모두 멋있고 감동적으로 저에게 다가왔습니다. 회장님 저도 이제 디자이너의 첫 걸음을 뗄라고 합니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 회장님을 한번 더 뵙고 이야기 꽃을 피우고 싶습니다. 분명 제가 디자이너로 성장하는 과정에서 좋은 원동력이 될것입니다. 다시 한번 정말 감사합니다

I lost a very special pair of earrings from my wedding day and after days of searching the web I just couldn't find it anywhere. I decided to email them to see if there was anything they could do to help me locate them. After a few emails back and fourth they were able to find my earrings and were kind enough to send them to me! � Not only do they have beautiful jewelry but their customer service exceeded all my expectations. Love love love! Thank you!!!

Exceeded my expectations! Three of my earrings have missing stones and they advised me to return to them for repair. Not only they repaired all three without any cost to me, it was returned to me looking like brand new. Customer service was also excellent, explained to me everything and answered all my questions.
