East Cobb Family Medicine is horrible. Dr. Nadolne is a nice Doctor, but the office does not care about their patients. I have been going there for years but the last experience was beyond horrible. In the appointment I was greeted by the NP with the questions of 'what medications are you taking?' - I felt like saying - don't you know!?!? After test results came back had some items that I had questions on that I was concerned about. He has been my PCP for many years and has always listened to my concerns. He has been available for after hour calls and always follows up with me, and he makes sure I follow up with him. I trust him with my healthcare.

Doesn't listen well and brusk
I like Dr. Naldone as a doctor, but as many other reviewers have stated, he prioritizes money over patients. His office is understaffed and his staff is undertrained. The straw that broke the camel's back is when I tried to renew my expired asthma inhaler Rx. The pharmacy tried contacting his office for 5 days with no response. Finally when my supply was down to 2 days, I called and they said that I had to come in for an appointment or he wouldn't renew. I saw him 9 months ago. He walked in the door and was immediately offensive and dismissive. I don’t leave reviews - but after less than one minute I told him “I think we are done here.” I would never trust my health to someone so arrogant. Also, that voice!! I could not take it!!
Only interested in money! Everything else is second place including health care professionalism. There are some many better doctors out there... I moved and never looked back. The only regret I have is that I should have moved earlier.
Before becoming a NS staff doctor was terrific. Since then no callbacks, appointment for even a question. Can not be reached. Fails to followup on recommendation by other specialist for referrals.
