Very professional. Most professional service I've ever had in a braid shop and Ive been getting my hair braided for many years. This is the 4th braiding shop I have tried in the Flint/GB area since 2016, and the one I will be sticking with. Like any other time you get your hair done, I would advise that you get a consultation first. A deposit must be made online, so it can be confusing to know if what you are signing up for is what is expected you will get when you arrive for your appointment. Drove from Lansing for a 9am appointment. Nado arrived at 940am. Starting braiding my hair around 10am.. She decided to braid my hair in a bigger braid style than what wanted. After several debates. She took it down and her manager told her to knock $20 off $180 styles. I gave her $120 for her lateness, the unattentiveness to my request, ruining my day causing me to miss an graduation open house and because she allows her mindset to forget the importance of my time and my hard earned money.
