When you're in charge of getting the birthday cake for your best friend...go to Nadler's. The only problem was choosing. We usually have cheesecake, but there were so many beautiful, ready to take home cakes. The wonderful staff there could tell I was having a difficult time making a decision so they suggested a chocolate cake topped with a cheesecake/chocolate moose layer that was covered with a fabulous chocolate ganache & decorated with white chocolate shavings.
