I was at his Holmdel office right on time for my appointment, I even got an e-mail less than 24 hours before my scheduled time, but no one showed up. I called his Freehold office & they confirmed that I had an appointment just as I said, they didn't even know where he was.This is the second foul up he made.
Dr Gupta was great with following up on my medical issues after I left the hospital. He answered all my questions and concerns . Dr Gupta’s is friendly and informative and explained issues in a manor that is understandable. I would recommend him and feel that I am in good hands.
Took me over a month to finally see Dr. Kunal Gupta. I didn't get to see him because of the secretary. When I spoke with her on the phone I knew she was going to be troublesome. I went in for my appointment and she basically kicked me out making up an excuse. There were two women behind the desk clearly doing nothing. I feel they kicked me out so they could continue doing nothing. I would have scheduled to see a different gastro if I had known these people weren't willing to work. Dr Nadler is very nice person first time visit explains everything so simple .
Dr. Kunal Gupta and his teams in Freehold and Old Bridge are great. They take their time, follow-up. Great service and care.
