The level of support, understanding, and professionalism from Property Manager David Shannon at DSC 293 has reached an all-time low. I concur with an earlier observation regarding his highly unprofessional demeanor and blatant rudeness. My recent encounter with him regarding a parking permit issue, where I simply sought to comply with regulations, was marred by his dismissive tone and utter lack of assistance. Such an experience leaves me with no desire to engage with him in the future.
Don't even waste your time dealing with these people, extremely arrogant employees! I had a poor and demeaning interaction with the Admin admin (NILOU MAHR) at 715 Don Mills Rd. I came to report a missing fod, hoping to be surrendered in the lost and found. Upon asking for my identity, unfortunately, my Filipino landlords failed to register my name. My interaction with Nadlan-Harris, particularly with the property manager (David Shannon) at DSC 293, has been highly unprofessional, characterized by a lack of responsiveness and reliability.
