Would not recommend to work with this agent. Very shady. I asked her for the sellers disclosure, which is required by law, and she asked me for a bunch of information as well as signing documentation. I provided my full name and email. She is forcing buyers to work with her and if you don’t she won’t provide any information regarding a home she has listed for sale. Very sketchy.
