I found Nadiyah through a great real estate-focused site called BiggerPockets, because she was advertised as an investor-friendly agent. I am happy to say the advertising was accurate. She guided me through the whole process, pointing out houses in the best locations, or that could provide the most income potential, or that would work with my latest strategy. She also always has a recommendation for a property manager, or a CPA, or anything else she can't directly help with.
