She was very friendly and patient, explained everything thoroughly.
I wish I could give less than 1 star.. I was experiencing some medical problems and thought it would be a good idea to see my primary care physician. What a mistake. Not only did I NOT see my PC doctor once, I saw someone different each time I went! They thought it was a good idea for me to share my issues with a NURSE by the name of Nadine Grove, whom I have never met and has no clue about my background or concerns.. This lady is very cold. Shes not inviting, sensitive. She doesnt even smile. Very hard to trust her especially with your kids. I had to end a visit with her 3 mins in with my 2 children and reschedule with someone else. To work In the medical field a person should be able to make you comfortable and warm up to them. This lady doesnt have it at all. Canalside FM please find another nurse practitioner. The old one was much friendlier :(
I completely agree with the other review. If I could give her a 0 I would. She has NO bedside manners. She is stone cold and shouldn’t work with patients. A cold lab room would work perfect for her. I will go to urgent care before I will see her. She is a horrible fit for this office. All the doctors are wonderful at this practice not sure why they employ her.
