Dr Siddiqui’s office made a mistake by scheduling a video call with my wife that wasn’t needed. The call lasted 2 minutes with the doctor acknowledging that the call shouldn’t have been scheduled by her office. However, the office proceeds to charge us for a full visit, and then goes radio silent when we ask for the charges to be reversed. Unacceptable and unprofessional. We have detailed documentation of everything and will be escalating further.
