When I arrived to pick up the cake there were no stars on it like we wanted, but fortunately Lucas fixed the cake immediately and we were very happy with what he did. The flavor of the cake was incredible and everyone loved it! This is our second cake from Nadia’s and it won’t be our last!
What fantastic customer service! I called with zero idea of what I needed and a short timeline for my daughter's birthday. Not only was the service great, but she took the time to let me know I was doing a great job as a mom. Little comments like this and a sweet demeanor make all the difference in the experience. Also, as someone with allergies, I often feel like a burden to people in the food and beverage industry so I was extra appreciative of the help. Kudos to this team!
It was hard to decide what flavor to try without getting one of every kind. This place was amazing inside and out. The service was friendly and helpful. I WILL definitely be back.
The cupcakes are amazing!!! I have yet to try one I didn’t think was great! But stay away from the cookie dough. It is like a pile of warm super fake sugary icing that was labeled as cookie dough.
Appreciate their keto or sugar free options!
