We took our kids and niece and nephew to their Maple Grove location. They weren't busy and I asked at the register where to order and was very rudely told there is a sign that says where to line up. I was so taken aback that I would have left the store altogether if I hadn't promised the kids cupcakes. I still didn't find the sign but we went back to the entrance and started over.
