I have left six messages for Nadia bowling nurse to call me to schedule an MRI and also appointment I had for the sleep center was at a total different South Bend clinic and I missed my appointment. I have never had anyone treat me like this before. How am I supposed to make an appointment when I never get a reply at all from this neurologist.

I got to play phone tag with this office for 3 months before they told me they’re declining me as a patient. I have severe epilepsy. They offered no help, but the nurses on the phone made sure I felt like an idiot when I called. Apparently my doctor was supposed to set up the appointment? Let me tell you, they were NOT happy I called to schedule it. A lot of “who are you?” And “why are you calling.” I COULD HAVE SPENT NOVEMBER THROUGH FEBRUARY LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL NEUROLOGISTS. Good luck to her future patients.

I had an hour long conversation with Dr. Bowling. She spent most of the time examining what medications I was previously prescribed and insulting how many medications I was on and seemed more concerned with how drowsy the medications might make me. I told her about the last fifteen years of my life. When I read my clinical notes it was apparent she wasn't listening to me.
