I would strongly caution anyone considering Dr. Sanders’ office. My experience has been nothing short of unacceptable — not only because of her staff’s incompetence, but also because of Dr. Sanders’ lack of accountability. I had an emergency root canal scheduled for a necrotic tooth. I already had approval through another dentist, but Dr. Sanders insisted on new x-rays so her office could resubmit everything in order for her to be paid. I agreed. I highly dont recommend this place at all!! They dont finish work and they treat the patient like they are garbage . Make sure if u do any work in there that your notes are correct cause I experienced malpractice all the way around . Horrible place
disgusting place, poor quality of work
I used to be very satisfied with Dr. Sanders and have been her patient for over five years. Something changed after the pandemic, and now I feel that it is more about the money and less about the patients. Waiting times increased, and it became a struggle to be seen for an emergency. In one case, Dr. Sanders prescribed a weak antibiotic for an infection that lingered and suggested to extract the tooth.
