We hired Ms. Parastoo Naderi for an LTB case regarding a basement tenant eviction in Newmarket. Unfortunately, the LTB case was unsuccessful, and we subsequently faced municipal fines. Midway through the process, she withdrew from the case via email due to payment issues, and we were forced to hire a second lawyer under difficult circumstances.
