Do not waste your time trying this place out! from the doctors having bad bed side manners and to the staff being unprofessional complaining about the doctors not doing their job correctly which actual turns out to be true the doctor give you the run around and not accurate information on diagnosis, notes are never complete, correct, clear or they mix up with another patients diagnosis with your notes. I feel very lucky to have received medical care from Dr. Makki. I was finally able to receive a proper diagnosis for POTS, which is very difficult to receive as many doctors have a tendency to be invalidating sometimes. Dr. Makki never made me feel invalidated and always took my symptoms seriously. He listened and acknowledged my physical pain instead of telling me it's all in my head which has happened many times before. Dr Makki is a wonderful doctor. But that office Pima Heart and Vascular needs a complete overhaul on office and receptionist employees. 3 times in the last year we have been told one clinic from river to campbell And then changed at the last minute. Today they even said they called and left message. You know yourself, with today's phone there would be evidence of that. When we said they didn't, they got smart. We will miss Dr. Makki, but we won't miss the staff especially the people who answer or don't answer the phone and r... read more
