Most importantly, I had to wait over an hour for my appointment which makes me feel that my time with the doctor was Was limited. Also, I don’t understand Dr. Na Della when she says I can give you a shot, but it won’t do any good. Why would you say that to me? Somebody explained that to me OK and then I didn’t feel really confident with her giving me an epidural because I didn’t see any confidence in her. Please advise.

They refuse to appeal an insurance denial for a procedure that my mother desperately needs. Claiming that there was absolutely no way the insurance would approve it without my mother first going through physical therapy, she’s had this procedure for years and this has never been the case.
