Poor bedside manners. Felt super rushed.
Very poor experience. Went to see her in an urgency of swollen itchy face and I was "forced" to do a COVID test by the nurse instead, she literally inserted the long q-tip very deep that I was sored for 2 days after the appointment. When the doctor came inside the room, she went to the computer and started going through a list of questions instead of coming to see me. Last minute appointment for my mother on a Saturday at the ADC Clinic and she was the doctor we were appointed. First time meeting her. She was very detailed and took her time to go over the issue and any concerns on our end. She explained everything without rushing us.
If I would of saw her reviews before I went in today I would of avoided her. She literally did nothing and just recommend to take an antihistamines and eye drops (which I'm already doing) and just referred me to my PCP and eye doctor. That's what I called in but they recommend to see her. Please avoid this doctor if you need care but she does not care for her patients. Very upset with ADC care today. Not what I expected.
I would not recommend this doctor. I have seen her twice and each time I felt as if she ignored me and blew me off. I was sent home with no treatment. She was rude with no compassion or care. My parents and I have always had doctors at the Austin Diagnostic clinic. We have always had great care with the doctors. I hope she learns some manners when dealing with younger patients.
