I’ve been a loyal customer of Nadeen beauty studio since 2019, and while the stylist who cut my hair was fantastic and did an excellent job, my overall experience was tainted by poor management. I was overcharged for my service, even though I had received a different price quote when I booked my appointment. Booking an appointment with a specific specialist only to receive service from another without any acknowledgment or apology is truly disappointing. It's a basic expectation for honesty and transparency. A simple apology for a mistake like double booking, would have sufficed. Fortunately, the substitute specialist, Anna, was both sweet and professional, saving the experience. I like this place been coming here for over 5 years. I had services done with Zoe/Garineh/Talin/Kathy all do a great job. Prices are also very reasonable. They offer hair make up eyebrows treatment and more
