So apparently these people are good at starting a job when the money is big, but they don't seem to want to be bothered with finishing up. Been waiting since January to get my chimney stack put up, but because they've been paid for the job, they're in no rush to finish. Nice local business there for you.

Have used Nadeau's during a major renovation and two subsequent smaller projects. Appreciate the excellent work. The point person at the office, Erin, is personable, precise and reliable. On our most recent job, Seth did an excellent job and was likewise a clear communicator, attentive and precise.

Called Nadeau's for a single initial toilet upgrade and first went straight to voicemail, never got a return call. The second attempt got answered by a person who lectured me about how properly to use a toilet. Contracts for the hotel and both apartment buildings are going elsewhere. Obviously.

I have been coming to Nadeau's for plumbing and propane work for years now, and they have consistently delivered the most exceptional, sturdy, and fast work, no matter the job, along with superb and timely customer service; and all for very reasonable and transparent rates. I will never go with another plumber for as long as I am within their service area.
