5 star Dr Naddef with a 1 star office staff member. Dr Naddef, Noel NP and Nurse Karen are amazing! Medical team addressed my needs via phone call. Office assistant called back with malicious intent, accusing me of not following office practice. Requested labs be sent to office, lab advised that Dr office must request. Office assistant refused to assist, stating this is pt responsibility.
