Dr Criss doesn’t seem to be okay with the a parent advocating for their children. When my kids were in distress( puking and passing out from laughing gas) and I voiced my concern on not proceeding she told me I needed to sit down and continued to start the treatment. You would think she would be more compassionate. We just got a letter stating that we are no longer allowed to come back.
We have always had great experiences here over the past 12 years. Dr Criss and staff have always been very kind and educate the kids at a level they can understand. I want to shout out Demetra (I believe that’s your name apologies if I spelled it wrong) for taking the time to explain the entire procedure my son was having done in detail to help calm him down because she could tell he was scared and anxious, it really helped that she went the extra mile to do that for him. Highly recommend this group of ladies.
Very patient and kind! Lots of things catered for kids and their experience.
