This was my second visit. My wait time was non-existent and everyone was very friendly. My issue was addressed quickly and with little discomfort. I recommend them over any other Podiatrist in the Lufkin or Nacogdoches area. I have been to several and always mis-diagnosed. This is not the case here. They know what they are talking about.
Called for an appt, and whoever I talked to gave me the following Thursday at 2:30. I repeated to her “Thursday @ 2:30” and she said yes. I showed up at 2:10 the following Thursday to a rude receptionist informing me that I missed my appointment on Wednesday and that my appointment couldn’t have possibly been a Thursday because they don’t see patients on Thursdays… I drove an hour to be here, and I did not appreciate the attitude this lady was giving me. She offered to reschedule, but I just walked out.
