Don’t bother scheduling an appointment here. The receptionist is so unbelievably rude. She will hang up in your face and has an attitude from the second she answers the phone. Customer service is not the job for her…

When I called I was being polite because it’s how I was raised, but the receptionist was very rude to me, answered in a very flippant tone, and seemed upset that I bothered to call at all. I nicely told her the appointment she offered was too far out and she responded with an “ugh ok-ay” like I was inconveniencing HER. Will not bother to bring my business here, not if I’m going to be spoken to like that just for trying to make an appointment. Don’t pursue hospitality or customer service here, because she won’t give any.

Not all superheros wear capes. It's me, hi. I'm Christina and I was a ball of nerves coming into Nacogdoches Podiatry. Another doctor (who wasn't a specialist) worked on my toe and left me mentally traumatized. The entire staff at NP knew it, too. Doctor Larry Laurich and his nurse (bless them) calmed me, distracted me from numbing needles, and cracked my toenail while cr... read more

This was my second visit. My wait time was non-existent and everyone was very friendly. My issue was addressed quickly and with little discomfort. I recommend them over any other Podiatrist in the Lufkin or Nacogdoches area. I have been to several and always mis-diagnosed. This is not the case here. They know what they are talking about.
