No one answered the phone NEVER, I tried to call for a week every single day up to 20 calls A DAY.
I love Dr. Jones he is straight to the point and has great professional support to get you feeling better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jones he has done an amazing job and helped me and his staff is amazing and easy going. I choose him over Dr. Malladi
This Doctor's office refused to send my prescription to the proper pharmacy. Insisting that, as the patient, I fix their error. I WILL be doing a charge back on my credit card. Unfortunately this doctor has a corner on the market for GI in Nacogdoches. I recommend going to Lufkin.
Dr. Jones is an awesome doctor. He is straight forward and to the point. He ask questions of symptoms, etc. and answers all your questions. I appreciate him and he does have a sense of humor…I’ve seen it. Thank you Dr. Jones for taking care of us.
