We love Nacogdoches Floral Company. We had a recent death in our family, All the flowers & plants sent were so.. Beautiful, and lasted a long time. Still, enjoying them. Friendly service also.

I talked to Blake and explained that I needed a flower arrangement for our daughter, Ally. It’s finals week for her at SFA and we wanted to send her surprise flowers. Blake was very attentive and listened to my wishes for the arrangement and the desired delivery time. I was sent a picture to approve the final arrangement but there was a miscommunication within the shop and the flowers were being delivered much earlier and didn’t look the way I wanted. Was very unhappy with their Valentine’s Day performance! I let them know about it same day and gave them a chance to redeem themselves and they blew that too.. my fiancés flowers, balloons and chocolate were delivered to an abandoned building and left on the side walk not the address on the card. The flowers and balloons were wind whipped to death and I was angry to have spent 161.29 to have been dumped off for someone to find it and deliver to her later. DO NOT buy flowers or any kind of arrangement from this business. My husband is an active marine in the military and he purchased a $165 package that came with a bouquet of flowers and a chocolate/ bear. My flowers arrived to me and looked like they were already dying on top of that the vase was peeling and looked used. When I thought it couldn’t get any worse they did not send the chocolate or bear and when I called to ask about it the lady who answered the phone acted like it did not matter and said she would call back.
