I just wanted to say to anyone out there looking for a friendly,gentle, caring dentist this is the place! I am a very apprehensive dental patient and hate going to the dentist. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Stephens was the BEST! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone out there looking for a Dentist.
WHAT HAPPENED TO ME IS UN-HEARD OF. I AM STILL FURIOUS AND SHOCKED TO SAY THE LEAST. I CALLED SEVERAL DENTIST'S IN THE LUFKIN AREA TO ASK IF THEY ACCEPTED MEDICAID. I CALLED THIS OFFICE AND THE RECEPTIONIST OBVIOUSLY SAID YES, AND WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION. I LEFT MY COLLEGE LECTURE EARLY. I GOT MY DAUGTHER OUT OF SCHOOL EARLY, AND DROVE ALMOST 30 MILES, ONE WAY TO GET THERE AT 3.30. I LEFT MY SCHOOL AT 2PM. THIS APPOINTMENT WAS FOR MY DAUGHTER.
