From the ladies at the front desk, the nurses in the back and Dr. Woodall. Everyone is so caring, courteous, and informative! I love this clinic!
I don’t think the nurse dr or the receptionist asks questions or care to hear a concern. They’re nice but they check the baby’s heartbeat, blew off my on going symptoms and keep booking. I wouldn’t recommend
I love the obgyn Dr. Cassiano but the nurse attitude is just as ugly as that gray wig she has . First I asked if she could change my appointment I know I can change it on my chart but since I was there already I asked which is the logical thing . She proceeds to rudely say “ you can change it on your phone but SINCE you’re here “ like I’m sorry I’m making your job sooooo hard . What happened to customer service ?? I really appreciate Dr. Casiano making room for me and his very busy day despite a scheduling error. He was a wonderful doctor and very helpful. Also, a huge thank you to his assistant Christa. She was so kind and stayed with me during the procedure. She truly cares about her patient’s and is an asset to this office!
