Admittedly, the process was frustrating at times, but we were confident that the folks at Nachman Pool Services were genuinely trying to assist us. They even went out of their way to pull a few strings that they didn't have to, which we greatly appreciated. We're definitely planning on sticking with them for all our pool maintenance needs in the future.
A nightmare from beginning to end! Do your research and don't trust all the glowing reviews. We were contacted by multiple other unhappy customers in Loudoun county with similar bad experiences.

You will not be happy with the experience or the work product. I spoke with the two other clients who were having their pool installed at the same time and my experience was not unique. The complaint list is too long to write here. If you really want to hire them talk to a past client. Be internet smart, look deeper in the source of the positive reviews.
