Very unprofessional. No contract or any agreement sent before you pay. Missed 6+ times show up on appointments and promised something never delivered on time. Be aware ! Yelp and Google review tells some extent of truth.
Extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional. I recommend using any other business but these guys. Bad business! Update and answer to business’ reply: The work was not done under my name, I live in the home where the work was done here in Purcellville. Poor customer service and work done on the pool. Once again, I do not & will not recommend Nachman Pools to absolutely anyone.
Admittedly, the process was frustrating at times, but we were confident that the folks at Nachman Pool Services were genuinely trying to assist us. They even went out of their way to pull a few strings that they didn't have to, which we greatly appreciated. We're definitely planning on sticking with them for all our pool maintenance needs in the future.
A nightmare from beginning to end! Do your research and don't trust all the glowing reviews. We were contacted by multiple other unhappy customers in Loudoun county with similar bad experiences.
