I have been coming for many years to this salon and let’s just say I am incredibly disappointed, I don’t get my acrylics done here because one time they broke off in a week of doing them so I only get gel nails done here but I will not be coming back for anything after my experience, I made a reservation at 12:00pm Friday 07/24/26 because I had an appointment after and when I arrived it was packed and they made me wait 40 minutes as they attended other customers I was patient and understanding even though I had somewhere to ... read more
i love getting my nails done here. been coming for years. i paid 100 for both my nails and toes done
Walked in needing a waxing service. It was ok I guess. Didn’t get 100% of the hair off but it’s ok. Then I requested a color retouch. I am a stylist so I told the “ colorist” the formula i use ( level and tonality) and told her specifically that I don’t like brassy hair but she didn’t listen so I got “ hot roots” now… ( brassy orange hair) she charged me over 100 dollars for it. NOT SATISFIED. Now I will have to go to my regular colorist and lay again to have him fix the mess. Not happy
