Yeah, Dina is great but as for any other reps in that office, they are very unprofessional and rude. I requested specific auto coverage in writing and they did just the opposite and then tried to tell me it was my fault!! Horrible customer service.

I wanted to switch insurance carriers and Dina was able to quote me a price a lot less than what I'm paying now and she answered all my questions in detail! I'm happy I switched to Naccarato insurance for my car insurance needs- I was treated very well and would highly recommend them to anybody for insurance needs!!!
