Never answer the phone in parts. They throw you on hold and never answer the phone. I was on hold for Hour a Half for it to go on voicemail. Don’t have any customers service skills at all. Down right RUDE. I won’t be back.
I really appreciate the timely and professional service I recieved here. I had a transmission issue with my Mack Anthem. Richie and the team worked me in and got me back on the road timely and for a reasonable price. I don't know the mechanics name, but I can say he did an excellent job. He also diagnosed a problem I was having with inflation of my airbags on drives - without a code! Thanks guys!
