Is currently working on our complex. Employees are very courteous, safety oriented and definitely know what they are doing. Steve (Supervisor) is working right alongside of them every step of the way. While Concrete Restoration is now a part of all Condo Owners' lives, having gone thru 2 of these in 2 different complexes in the past 4 years, with 2 different Contractors/Sub Contractors, the way that this one is being done is a huge step above what we have seen in the past. Steve came out promptly and not only helped with a maintenance request we had on the installed glass doors, but also politely instructed me on how to avoid such issues in the future, including providing additional resources. Seems like the other reviews are unfortunately in bad character and not of this business. Both the agent who came out and the supervisor seemed very pleasant and personal.
