I called and they sent someone in under two hours! David and Tye were amazing. I love using local companies. I appreciated that they gave me two options to fix my keypad. They offered to reprogram my very old key pad, or replace it. They weren't just trying to sell me a new one and were not pushy at all. The cost was very reasonable so I decided to replace it. They also checked out my door, and lubricated the hinges, bolts, and spring for me. Tye taught me several things about my opener that will be so helpful in the future.... read more
