Experienced a broken spring on our garage..Set up an appointment with Nabors..their technician Freddy arrived on time..on a Sunday..and confidently explained what was needed and the process of the repair. Freddy completed repairs quickly and door works great. He also provided maintenance information for the door and answered my upgrade questions for the opener in the future. Freddy put me at ease concerning the repair and I highly recommend him to any one seeking his services.
Nabors garage door tech, Freddy Garcia, was awesome. Prior to his visit, I missed his call to tell me he was on his way to my house. He left a message stating he was in routine and his possible eta...he ended the call with a "Thanks and have a fantastic day." Some people may view this as mediocre, but during these troubling times, we need positive vibes. Freddy was very informative before and after the broken spring installation. Freddy, you have an awesome day.
When my garage door spring snapped and the door banged shut, I thought, "2020 strikes again." But I called up Nabors and they got me on their schedule the same day. Freddie came out (was even a little early), got me an estimate and had the parts to do the work right there. Very happy with his knowledge and professional service. I feel in good hands with Nabors.
