We live in Tyrone, Georgia and had an issue with our garage opening after a power outage in our neighborhood. Our technician was Zak and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He was very courteous and professional. We will definitely call Nabors for any garage door issues in the future and recommend them to our neighbors.
Nabors Garage (specifically ***** and ******** saved the day for me! I had purchased a garage door from Home Depot (a Cloplay door) and HD sent their installers to install it. It worked for 2 months but then would not open. I went back and forth with Home Depot for a year with many attempts but no solutions from their installers as to how to get my door working. Follow-up warranty service completed by Buford ******* who was prompt. He explained what was causing the problem, accepted responsibility for not checking during installation services, and his solution to remedy the problem was acceptable. Will continue to use Nabors Garage Doors for servicing during warranty period.
Used Angies List & Nabors called before full list viewed. Standard garage door estimate given unaware of special order options. Chose special order so door delivery and installation delayed; no problem. Installer arrived promptly and worked until he got sick. Backup team arrived and finished installation. Make sure if you special order that you get to confirm final order before Nabors places order to its vendor. Wrong door color ordered, but okay with standard white.
