Impeccable services.
Honestly, as residents of nabiac for over 30 years this has been our family doctor for a while now. HOWEVER the wait times here are appalling and you wonder why patients leave. I went in for a script for ssri’s, workers comp cert and medical advice, waited over and hour and 30min just to have people prioritised over me. My suggestion, hire more doctors or replace the ones you have as not everyone has two hours to wait for a doctor. Really disappointed and will not be returning to this practice.
What an amazing Centre, Dr's are amazing, you can feel they want to help you not just sign a script and send you on your way, the girls on reception are always smiling and helpful
we are new to the area and have 1 year old twins. this amazing medical centre always able to get my babies seen by a lovely doctor. cant highly recommend this centre. Always greeted with a smile.
Since moving to the area I have had the luck of seeing Dr Ismale, he really cares about his patients. Most highly recommended.
