My partner and I have conceived our 3rd pregnancy. We attended Nabiac medical centre and seen Dr. Ishmael to then confirm this pregnancy and begin the process of booking scans. We are absolutely appalled at the level of incompetent service provided by this practice. 3 days we waited for blood and urinalysis results only to find out no HcG test was ordered to even confirm the pregnancy or at what levels my partner was presenting to appropriately assess if the pregnancy was progressing as it should, the only tests ordered for ... read more
Impeccable services.
Honestly, as residents of nabiac for over 30 years this has been our family doctor for a while now. HOWEVER the wait times here are appalling and you wonder why patients leave. I went in for a script for ssri’s, workers comp cert and medical advice, waited over and hour and 30min just to have people prioritised over me. My suggestion, hire more doctors or replace the ones you have as not everyone has two hours to wait for a doctor. Really disappointed and will not be returning to this practice.
