What is the point of having a branch without tellers? Closest one I was told was Chatswood. If I wanted to go to Chatswood I would have.
A bank where you can't withdraw cash
Not a review for the assigned staff but for whoever decided to downgrade the NAB branch in Crows Nest. There is only 1 ATM and it doesn't accept coins. And that machine barely functions at accepting notes. I had to individually insert clean, fresh and uncreased notes as multiple notes kept getting rejected. How did anyone think this would be a good idea? I know that we're moving towards a cashless society but if you're located in a busy business area, surely you would allocate some resources to the local businesses? No wonde... read more

The staff at this small branch are helpful, friendly, polite, and competent. They are often obliged to compensate for the inadequacies of NAB, which are not their fault. If banks are going to reduce branch size and staff they should first improve their online banking so that customers can self-serve for simple operations, but NAB has done this in the opposite order and their online systems are just a wrapper on a banking system probably dating back to the 1970s.
