Someone called me and sounded like a scammer. The call lasted about 50 seconds. They claimed my account had been blocked without any explanation, email, or even verifying my identity. Then they hung up on me. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely disgraceful.

I just want cash out easy
The best experience I have had in a bank branch in a very long time. I was required to attend in person after having a absolutely horrible experience on telephone banking where I was hung up on after starting to make a complaint. But the young man James out the front really changed my attitude towards Nab as my long term bank. He is a true asset to Nab and made my experience so much easier and clearer. Now I am surprised to say I would be very happy to attend this branch again, well done James at Nab.
