Loan specialist Michelle has been SO extremely helpful, supportive, and kind. I feel so grateful to be working with her, for all that she has done for me, a first time home buyer, with so many questions and concerns. I have spoken to many loan specialists and banks, as I did not use a broker and did the work myself, Michelle is truly the best. Rude staff that needs retraining
The worst banking service I have ever experienced told me that your physical card will arrive in 2 weeks i took six seven weeks still hasn’t arrived during the time I went there four five times but still and I couldn’t even add card to my iPhone wallet and couldn’t even contact them properly
Came into the branch and the staff here were rude and had terrible customer service. Arandha was dismissive and snappy, and had no idea how to speak to a customer. Terrible customer service overall and uninterested in helping me.
