Rude eye rolling staff not allowing people to change coins for notes as not Nab customers, then not allowing a Nab customer to change it for them. And then having the nerve to ask me open an account with them. This is the reason I left Nab in the first place rude unhelpful staff!! Good to see things haven’t changed and I made the right decision.
There is always someone at the checkout counter, and with a long line, the staff doesn't even notice the line to get people to work as quickly as possible.
Worst unhelpful bank i have ever dealt with. I would rather bury my money in the ground than have to deal with the incompetent staff
Loan specialist Michelle has been SO extremely helpful, supportive, and kind. I feel so grateful to be working with her, for all that she has done for me, a first time home buyer, with so many questions and concerns. I have spoken to many loan specialists and banks, as I did not use a broker and did the work myself, Michelle is truly the best. I have recommended her to my sister and I will be recommending her to absolutely anyone who is thinking of getting a loan. Thanks Michelle.
