Absolutely unprofessional and poor banking knowledge. Just came out of NAB-The clerk just ripped my cheque off and then stuck it with tape- telling me my name isn't right when all my three names - 1st, middle & last were there but only my surname happened to be first! Please NAB look into investing in training the staff to be courteous.
