Standard practice at this branch. One teller to handle customers that wait at least up to 30 plus minutes to get served. Lots of so called managers and personal bankers that wall around and look busy. Nab need to focus on serving customers and not just making profits. Absolutely one of if not the worst bank branches ever.
Very bad unprofessional services as I came to transfer money and lady at front told me wrong information that I can transfer over 100K in personal online banking and made my account blocked now I am keep coming to unblocked the account.. if branch manager wants to discuss and help situation please feel free to get in touch hope other people doesn’t have to face same problem…
I went to the branch to speak to someone about my term deposit that's about to mature. She quoted me the interest rate which I accepted and decided to continue with the term deposit. She said she will take care of it for me. When it rolled over to the new term, the interest rate was significantly lower than what she'd quoted me (1.25% lower).
