If I can give 100 star to Tingbie Wong, I would but I can give maximum 5 stars. She is very patient and explains everything in details. Staff are friendly
a few of the older staff members need to call it a day , clearly not enjoying it anymore and it shows , probably how management like it , they had excellent service and a willingness to help in the 90's , but its all gone to crap , this bank is the market leader at driving their customers away
