It seems like the staff are upset. They are rude and very unfriendly. They need to be trained on how to provide proper customer service.
Quite rude and unhelpful staff. No greeting or talking very dismissive and seemed annoyed. Avoid if you can

I was immediately served and welcomed by Elaine on teller. After updating my address manually (it's an odd address that does not show up easily) she got me to log into my app to check that my details were correct, which was really great, because it shows that she cared whether it had been input correctly. She was so lovely. The branch is also beautiful. Very clean and open, and the design is great.
Another disappointment add to list. After 30 minutes trying to find the branch I found it under development. Couldn't you announce here at least!?
