Excellent experience on 30/6/2026 at National Australia Bank Rhodes. Fantastic customer service at this branch! I can see my GP multiple times in span of 1 hour, instead of waiting in line at this horrible service bank.
This branch is located on the Ground Floor of Rhodes Waterside, at the top of the escalators near Coles. It is next to OPSM. It’s a small branch with 2 tellers, 2 open service desks and 1 office. I came in around 11:30am on a Wednesday and it was empty, so I was able to get help straight away with what I needed. The staff member was friendly, patient and helpful. No customer service, no common sense. Worst NAB branch I have visited.
I had a great experience with NAB thanks to Grace. She was kind, professional, and very efficient. The service was smooth, fast, and genuinely helpful. Grace’s positive attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate her support.
