Horrible service, they don't want to do anything and are so rude, to the point where I am changing banks! The only reason i am in the branch is because i got told over the phone the 2nd time (the first person hung up) that i would have to go in to sort this issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service is the reason I will not be back.

This place is disgusting I withdraw MY money and they are asking me for all sorts of questions why I withdraw money. It's my money-it is none of your business what I use it for!
Just went in to get a bank cheque and service was excellent. Opened on time and very friendly and helpful
Poor service at 340pm telling people it would take 30 minutes to get through on the phone to get help
