Long waiting, staff totally ignore you. Don't apologise when served. Terrible.
Another main bank refused to exchange coins because it was Saturday, and I came to this store, and the staff changed the coins with a very kind smile. It was Saturday, but there were a lot of employees, and it was a bother, but I really appreciate that you worked so kindly and accurately. Especially, thank you Luke and Rebecca a lot. While I was waiting, Rebbeca took out the chair and I was moved by how kind they were. I'm thinking of changing the main bank to this place.
Was getting very frustrated with NAB generally w.r.t their Identity Verification requirements - not written with the disabled in mind. Fortunately I came across Kathleen (sp?) at Hornsby branch who was smart, motivated and efficient. These stars are for her performance - not the others I tried to get assistance from by phone or the bank at large.
