Her office called me the day before to confirm my appointment. A hour before my set appointment they called to cancel because the she isn’t taking new patients. Why wasn’t I told yesterday when they call to confirm and why was I even allow to make an appointment in the first place? I am keeping all records so that they don’t try filing a claim against my insurance.
