I really didn’t want to have to write a bad review on this place because at the end of my service I really did love my hair and the lady who did my hair was very nice if I knew what I knew now I would NEVER set foot in that establishment. But I’m putting this warning out for anyone who has any KINKS OR COILS in their hair. The positive: owned by women, great happy ambiance, nice customer service --cafecito and all, which was lovely. My hairstylist knew what she was doing; gave us great haircut and style. I would go there again BUT.... negatives: the place is super filthy, unorganized, filthy... did I write filthy? Yeah.. okay, the place needs a huge make over and cleaning by a professional service.
