local N. Wilmington veterinarian practice. HANDS DOWN! The receptionist squeezed me in for an emergency drop in visit. Dr. Mule was knowledgeable and was beyond willing to work with what I could do for my cat who struggles with the potential life threatening bladder issues. Upon checkout , I learned that the gentleman in the waiting room I was chatting with went and paid for my Ralph's 3 medications. I got very lucky and was blessed with such caring people at the right time. Highly reccomend this animal practice!
Just went there today for a first appointment with a little stray we very recently took in, who we've named Miss Grey. The vet took us earlier than the appointed time since we were the only ones there. Though thankfully Miss Grey wasn't aggressive at the vet like I initially feared, they were nice and understanding about her fearful squirminess, and handled her gently, never seeming bothered or annoyed by it. Dr. Mule has been excellent with our senior cat Rush. Rush has been there multiple times over the last year for different reasons and each visit has been affordable, promt and the Dr. fully explained everything. He goes out of his way to call and check that our pet is doing ok even after we leave. His bedside manner is outstanding and he truly cares about the well being of his furry patients. We are so lucky to have found him and hope that he is our Vet for many years to come!
I'm a new customer. I took both my goldens. Dr. Mule was kind and gentle. Prices were good. An emergency came in while I was there. He went right into action to save the cat. I was impressed with him.
