Very cold atmosphere created by the technicians and owner; they do not greet you when you sit down, it’s quiet and awkward and there is no communication regarding what you like. I got a pedicure for the third time and this time I voiced my concern of keeping my toenails “REALLY square”. I look back and my nails are oval and rounded out. So I mentioned it again. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 3 years, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is always friendly, the salon is super clean, and they’re true professionals. I always leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend!
