Never coming back. Second time there, they said I didn't need an appointment,got in for pedi and specifically nail refil, a girl got me in and started with pedi when she was almost finished the ower said she couldn't do it because she forgot she had an appointment. So unprofessional
I’ve been here 3 times and 2/3 times I’ve had a terrible experience. They don’t value anyone’s time. The first time I had an appointment booked and the girl who was supposed to do my nails was not there and I was told she’d be there shortly. After waiting 40 mins I decided to leave and turns out she never showed up. I had to come back another day and get them done instead and there was no apology or remorse from their side. The best service !! I got a pedicure. Emily is such a vibrant soul.
I went to this place for a pedicure which went well. But my second visit, the manicure barely lasted a week. I swear the nail polish you use is so cheap or old or expired I think you need to switch your product. My nails chipped off along with the paint on some of my nails. Very dissatisfied.
