So we bought a ring from them when we were on vacation I came back. The ring fell apart, so I contacted customer service shipped it off to them. They said that it’d be about 15 day turnaround on an answer on when they could do… No problem I’ve waited probably two months now have contacted them three or four times and have gotten no response… So in my opinion, they’re a bunch of crooks.. Just because the ring didn’t cost thousands of dollars doesn’t mean we didn’t spend our hard earned money on it and deserve to get it fixed.... read more

Warranty sucks. I own several sets of earings and matching necklaces that I have purchased here. Every year in last 4 years I made a purchase at this store. I have 2 sets of the hawaiian flower earrings. One earring broke away from the clasp and when I brought it back for repair with the lifetime warranty they brag about I was told wear and tear not warranty. My husband gifted me an opal necklace on our wedding day, but I was disheartened when the clasp became stuck in the pendant and could not be undone. I returned it for repair, and I was pleased to receive the service at no charge. I exclusively purchase my jewelry from Na Hoku due to their exquisite selection. Two years later, I remain extremely satisfied with my purchase and deeply impressed by the outstanding customer service regarding the repair.
